1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as XPwinz, registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] under registration number [COMPANY / TRADE LICENCE NUMBER]("XPwinz", "we", "us").

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Definitions

• "Product" — any digital item sold on XPwinz, including game top-ups, gift cards, and software or subscription keys.
• "Code" — the alphanumeric key, PIN or voucher delivered to you when you buy a Product.
• "Platform" — the third-party service where a Code is redeemed (for example Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox, Riot Games).
• "Order" — a request to purchase one or more Products through the site.

3. Eligibility

To buy from XPwinz you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf;
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• Use a payment method that you own or are authorised to use;
• Not be barred from receiving our Products under any applicable law or sanctions regime.

4. Your account

You may need an account to place or track orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information — in particular a valid email address, since that is where your Codes are delivered. We are not responsible for Codes sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Tell us immediately at support@xpwinz.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Our products

XPwinz sells digital Codes only. We do not ship physical goods. You are buying a Code that you redeem yourself on the relevant Platform — you are not buying an account, and we will never ask for your Platform password.

Region restrictions

Most Codes are region-locked and only work in the region they were issued for. The applicable region is shown on the product page. Buying a Code for the wrong region is not grounds for a refund — please check before you pay.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Where an obvious pricing or description error affects an Order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund. Product artwork is illustrative and belongs to the respective publishers.

6. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and are inclusive of [VAT / applicable taxes — confirm your obligations].
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. An Order is only accepted once payment has cleared.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control.

Discount codes (such as XP10) are subject to their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Delivery

Codes are delivered electronically: shown on the order confirmation screen and sent to the email address on your Order. Delivery is typically immediate — usually within 60 seconds of payment clearing.

Occasionally an Order is held briefly for routine fraud or payment checks. If a Code has not arrived within [X] hours, check your spam folder first, then contact support with your order number.

8. Codes and redemption

• Codes must be redeemed on the correct Platform, in the correct region, following the instructions supplied with your Order.
• Some Codes carry an expiry date. Redeem promptly; we are not liable for Codes that expire unredeemed.
• A Code can only be redeemed once. Once revealed and redeemed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Treat a Code like cash. Keep it private — anyone who sees it can redeem it, and we cannot recover a Code redeemed by someone else.
• Reselling or redistributing Codes bought from us is not permitted without our written consent.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right once a Code has been revealed, to the extent permitted by law.

This does not affect refunds for Codes that are faulty, already used, undelivered or not as described. Full details, including how to claim, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods;
• Make false chargeback or "item not received" claims;
• Buy Products for fraudulent resale, money laundering, or to circumvent sanctions;
• Use bots, scrapers or automation to place Orders or harvest data from the site;
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt our systems or security;
• Abuse promotional codes, including by creating multiple accounts;
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity details.

We may cancel Orders, withhold Codes, and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, and may report suspected criminal activity to the authorities.

11. Third-party platforms

Redeeming a Code makes you subject to the terms of the relevant Platform. XPwinz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or platforms whose Products we sell, unless expressly stated. All trademarks, logos and game artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We have no control over Platform decisions. If a Platform suspends your account, changes its currency, or discontinues a service, that is a matter between you and them.

12. Intellectual property

The XPwinz name, logo, site design, text and layout are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPwinz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of in-game items or progress.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Order giving rise to that claim.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse service, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if required by law. You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account by contacting support.

Termination does not affect Codes already lawfully delivered to you, or any rights that accrued before it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email where appropriate. The Terms in force at the time of your Order are the ones that apply to it, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the United Arab Emirates]. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [COURTS / EMIRATE], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
